MANKATO, MN — Natalie Dworak, the daughter of Thomas and Jennifer Dworak of Colfax, WI was named to the Spring 2016-17 Academic Year Dean’s List at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minnesota.

MADISON — The Alpha Chapter of Wisconsin Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Wisconsin-Madison announced the induction of 144 students into membership at its 2017 banquet, held recently at Union South. Kysa Franseen of Boyceville was among the students inducted.

FARGO, ND — Jacob Logghe, son of Robert and Lisa Logghe, Glenwood City, Wisconsin, received the North Dakota State University Presidential Honor Scholarship in the amount of $10,000 and the NDSU Bookstore Textbook Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 credit for textbooks.

With great pride, Mary Jo Newgard (Gray) & Tom Newgard, along with Mark Gray, announce the graduation of our son, Joseph M. Gray, from Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California, with a Doctoral of Optometry degree. Joseph is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, an International Optometric Honor Society, in which members excelled academically.

LA CROSSE, WI — Alexandria M. Fleming of Elk Mound was among the students named to the Western Technical College President’s List of High Distinction for the Spring 2017 term. 

FARGO, N.D. — Jarrod T. Rudi of Colfax, majoring Pharmaceutical Sciences, was among the students who were among the 3,808 North Dakota State University students to be placed on the spring 2017 dean’s list. 

ST. CLOUD, MN – St. Cloud State University has announced the names of more than 1,323 students whose academic achievement placed them on the 2017 spring semester dean’s list. 

MENOMONIE — Gunther Melander of Wilson, who is majoring in applied social science, was among the Samuel E. Wood Medallion award recipients who were honored at the Leadership Awards program for the 2016-17 academic year recognized at UW-Stout. 

ASHLAND – Logan W. Sikora of Colfax, a senior at Northland College and Mikaela N. Fischer of Wheeler, a senior at Northland College, have been named to the dean’s list for outstanding academic performance during the winter 2016-2017 term.
