Dunn County Sheriff’s Office arrests suspect in Elk Mound property theft
By Cara L. Dempski ELK MOUND — A 27-year-old Lake Hallie man was arrested last Thursday after being charged with disorderly conduct for an incident in Elk Mound. Brandon Judge was taken into custody after a vehicle licensed to him was discovered to have gone off the shoulder just outside Elk Mound.
