Past Potentate brings special guest Ted Bissell to annual picnic

Past Potentate Vern Engebretson of Clear Lake introduced Noble Ted Bissell of Boyceville, WI at the St. Croix Valley Shrine Club’s annual summer picnic on Saturday, August 6th at Freedom Park in Prescott.

Ted was an active Shriner in Florida and recently moved back to his family home in Boyceville. Vern was Zor Potentate in 1993 and has been active in promoting the mission of the Shrine to help children through the Shriners Hospital for Children^®.
