HAROLD FRIEBURG

Harold Frieburg age 86 of Boyceville, WI died Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Mayo Health Hospital in Menomonie.

Harold was born June 5,1930 in Menomonie WI to Ethel (James) and Roy Frieburg. He graduated from Boyceville High School. Harold married Corinne Fennie on May 5, 1950 at United Methodist Church of Boyceville. He worked as a mechanic, and later Owner Operator of Frieburg Farm Equipment. Harold was an active participant in the community, including the Annual Snowmobile Derby, Rustic Lore Parade and President of the Village Board of Boyceville. Harold enjoyed traveling, hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with family and friends. 

Harold is preceded in death by his wife, Corinne, parents Roy and Ethel Frieburg, and brother Clayton. 

He is survived by his four children Chuck (Luann Wood) Frieburg, Jean (Porky) Klinger, Nancy (Bill) Wold, Lori (Scott) Robertson, 19 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Janell Frieburg, Carolyn (Roger) Tofson, Roberta Graese, brother-in-law Don (Mary) Fennie, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boyceville with Pastor Brad Peterson officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Spring interment will be in Tiffany Cemetery. Arrangements by the Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City, WI.
