FRANCES ELBA FLEISHER

Frances Elba Fleisher, 07/13/1927-04/13/2016, died peacefully in her Columbia Heights, MN home with family nearby.

She was predeceased by her parents, Elba and Vivian Skinner; spouse Felix; brother Raymond James; and daughter, Carol Ann.

She is survived by her sister Donna Taylor; children Stephen, Marcie (Brian) Martig, Cynthia Brown; as well as five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

The memorial will be at 1 p.m. with service at 1:30 p.m. on April 27 at Unity Minneapolis Church, 4000 Golden Valley Road, Minneapolis MN.
