The Bridge to Hope in Menomonie, an organization whose purpose is to mitigate and address the negative impacts of sexual violence and domestic abuse in our community, provides services such as advocacy, an emergency shelter, and a 24/7 hotline.
The Bridge to Hope also offers support groups. There are currently four groups that meet on a weekly basis.
• ADDA Support group for Women and Men meets on Monday at 6 p.m., at 1901 S. Broadway.
• Bridge Builders: Men Survivors Support meets on Tuesdays at 6 p.m., at 2321 Stout Road, East Conference Room.
• Women Survivors of Sexual Assault and Abuse meets on Wednesdays 6 p.m., at 1901 S. Broadway. Childcare is available on request.
• Women Survivors of Domestic Abuse meets on Thursdays at 6 p.m., at 1901 S. Broadway. A family meal is served at 5:30 p.m., and a Children’s Support Group is included.
