SUZANNE ANNETTE JOHNSON

Suzanne Annette Johnson, 74, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 7.

Suzy was born on June 17, 1939 in Clear Lake, WI. She moved to Boyceville, WI with her family as a young child. She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Boyceville High School in 1957.

Suzy married Allan Smith in 1958 and they had four children together, Jody Fern (deceased 1959), Lorena Kay, Reed Allen, and Rochelle Sue.

Suzy enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting, baking, and occasional visits to Turtle Lake.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, Richard and Florence Sutliff; her daughter, Jody;
her husbands, Kermit Lee and Kenneth “Bud” Johnson; and step-daughter, Teresa Hughes.

She is survived by her brother, Roger Sutliff (Edna); her sister, Bonnie Sutliff-Nortunen (Jim); her children, Lori Smith, Reed Smith (Darlene), and Rochelle Smith; her grandchildren, Josh Johnson, Erica Fahn (Doug), Jessica Belkot (Weston), Derek Smith, Allana Mount, and Cade Smith; her step-children, Roberta Thatcher (Jerry), Mary Gates (Steve), and Larry Johnson (Marge); and many great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for both Suzy and her mother, Florence, who passed away December 31st, will be held May 17th at the United Methodist Church in Boyceville. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the services at 11:00 a.m.
