Vanessa Rae (Burton) Harris

On December 22, 2024 Vanessa Rae (Burton) Harris, passed away tragically in a motor vehicle accident. She was born October 5, 1980 in Whitehall, WI to Gaylen and Rosella (Cormican) Burton.

Vanessa is survived by her children Evelyn and James Harris and their father Robin Harris. She is also survived by her siblings, Sherry, Bobby, Brenda, Corey, Jason, Jyssica and Justin. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.

Vanessa was a very dedicated mother to her children and cats. She loved nature for the beauty and the spiritual history. An avid collector of rocks and artifacts. She loved her gardening and fueling her family with her bountiful harvest. She was an amazing artist with a very creative imagination in sculpting, painting, written expression, photography and relations to others.

A Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City from 11 to 2 p.m.
