Robert Pederson

Robert (Bob) H. Pederson, 90, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2024 surrounded by family at Park View Home in Woodville.

Bob was born to Henry and Carrie Pederson on March 8, 1934 in Prairie Farm. He married Arlene Sirotiak, his wife of 67 years, on December 29, 1956. He served in the army in Alaska, and upon his return, managed the Barron Feed Mill for several years. In 1966, Bob, Arlene, and their two children, Lori and Rance, moved to the family farm near Connorsville.

Bob liked to hunt, fish, and watch football, especially when the Packers were playing. But more than anything, he loved family time, especially with his grandchildren and great-granddaughters. He also loved sharing his many stories with family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Arlene; children Lori (Sam) Petrovich and Rance (Lisa) Pederson; grandchildren Bobbie (Aron) Dunn and Dan (Jessica) Pederson; great-granddaughters Kira and Kaci Dunn, along with many nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; brother Chester Pederson and sisters Helen Bjugstad, June Pederstuen, and Doris Talmage; nephew Michael Talmage; sisters-in-law Lorraine Trulen, Patricia Small, Jean Larson, and Marian Formoe; brothers-in-law Leonard Sirotiak, Robert Trulen, Vernon Formoe, and Selmer Hanson. 

A celebration of life will be held on November 16, 2024 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the Boyceville Community Center in Boyceville, WI.
