1 injured in Hwy. 64 and Q accident

BOYCEVILLE  —  One person was injured in a motorcycle versus car crash on state Highway 64 and county Highway Q Saturday evening in northern Dunn County.

The crash occurred at 9:05 p.m. Saturday, May 11, according to a representative for the Wisconsin State Patrol.

Highway 64 was shut down for a short time to allow a medical helicopter to land so the victim could be transported to a hospital, the spokesperson said.

Wisconsin State Patrol troopers have 10 days to file the accident report, and the report for this particular crash will not be completed until sometime later this week or early next week, said the representative for the State Patrol, who declined other give any further details.
