Annabelle M. Yamriska

Annabelle M. Yamriska, 88, of Menomonie (formerly of Boyceville), died Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at St Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. She was born on September. 2, 1935 in Sheridan Township, Dunn County to Merton & Clara (Lillevold) Lien. She was baptized and confirmed at West Akers Lutheran Church. 

As a home day care provider for 40+ years, Annabelle loved her job and the children in her care. Prior to implementation of the 911 system, Annabelle was a dispatcher for the Boyceville Fire/Ambulance Departments. Her heart had a special place for her dogs….Sadie, Lucy, and Millie.

She married John Yamriska on July 6, 1956, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Boyceville, WI. 

She is survived by her children, Joann Olson, Tim (Jayne) Yamriska, Becky (Dave) Blanchard, Paul (Amy) Yamriska, and Jerry (Anne) Yamriska; Grandchildren David & Luke Blanchard, Andrew (Angela), Elizabeth, and Joshua Yamriska; and Step-Grandaughter Carey Olson; Sister Clarice Lien, Sister-in-Law Olga Yamriska, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, step great-grandchildren, & friends.

She is in preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, brother Orville and sister-in-law Lorraine, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law Paul & Ruth Yamriska, and George & Mille Voznak, son-in-law George Olson, and step-great grandson Isaiah.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Boyceville WI at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
