Was the 2020 election rigged?

What are your feelings about the 2020 Presidential election? Were they rigged and was the January 6th Congressional proceedings legal?

The January 6, 2021 proceeding was for the purpose of counting votes from the 2020 Presidential election for President and Vice President under the Constitutional Amendment 12. That proceeding is to certify the votes of the Electoral College from each State. We all know about the storming of the Capital in an attempt to stop the proceedings.

At present there is a Supreme Court case (22-380) Brunson VS. Adams. It alleges that the 2020 election was rigged and it lists the defendants, 94 U. S. state senators and 129 members of the House of Representatives, Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris as well as former Vice President Mike Pence, in a conspiracy to defraud the United States and Mr. Brunson, by rigging or allowing to be rigged the 2020 election. It calls for amongst other things the removal of 94 Senators, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as well as over 100 members of the House of Representatives for being part of the conspiracy to rig the 2020 elections and overthrow the duly elected leader of the United States.

Now in order for this to advance, there has to be proof that the election was rigged and voter fraud occurred. The Wednesday morning after the election I was sure that some one or group had changed the results of the Wisconsin presidential election. I went to bed late Tuesday night and Trump had a 22,000 vote lead in Wisconsin with just a few election places to report. On Wednesday morning he had lost the state by 20,000 and I thought that some ballot boxes had been stuffed.

After some time I was comfortable with the results. I do believe that the voters were swayed with lies and false information brought up days before the election, some of which are now coming out, including the role Twitter played in the deception.

I looked back over the results of the 2020 presidential election and Biden beat Trump in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania with a margin of just over a quarter million votes with over fifteen and a half million votes cast in those three states. It probably would not take a lot of effort to make changes in the outcome with that many precincts involved in those three states. But, I am accepting the results that we are living with now.

So lets continue on about the nearly three-dozen people charged with crimes related to the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol who are being held in a Washington, D. C. jail.

In the NBC news story from October, written by Rebecca Shabad and Ryan J. Reilly, tells that those people “Have asked to be transferred to the U.S. detention camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, if conditions don’t improve at their facility.”

The story goes on to tell, “On seven pages of yellow legal paper recently submitted in federal court, the 34 defendants described the jail in the nation’s capital as having ‘medieval standards of living’ and ‘hellacious conditions’ that it ‘insists on tormenting its traumatized guests with.’ They demanded that their problems be addressed, saying they no longer want to be trapped within the wretched confines of cruel and unusual punishment.”

The group listed several items of concerns including; “that they continue to endure things like begging for help/water/medical aid. They claimed they are not allowed visitations, access to religious service or access to their attorneys. They reported that their laundry has been returned with brown stains, pubic hair and or reeking of ripe urine.”

“More than 850 people have been charged in connection with the January 6 event, the vast majorities were not detained before trial. The defendants who have been ordered held at the Washington jail are largely accused of more serious crimes, like assaulting police.”
