GROUNDBREAKING HELD — Glenwood City council members and employees along with engineers and the general contractor held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new city hall, library, police station and community center onJune 21. The new multipurpose facility is being built on the the former city of the old community center which was recently raised to make room for the new structure.
