May 12 election results: Tiffany wins special election for 7th district

Republican Tom Tiffany defeated Tricia Zunker for the seat in the 7th district to replace Sean Duffy.

The unofficial results for Tuesday, May 12, election were posted the following day, Wednesday, showing Tiffany had beaten Zunker by 27,639 votes overall.

In St. Croix County Tiffany earned 1,704 more votes than Zunker with a 100 percent of the county reporting.

The Town of Emerald reported 129 votes for Tiffany and 52 for Zunker, Town of Forest  reported 104 votes for Tiffany and 38 for Zunker, Town of Glenwood  reported 114 votes for Tiffany and 32 for Zunker, Village of Wilson reported 24 votes for Tiffany and 14 for Zunker, and the City of Glenwood City reported 122 votes for Tiffany and 64 for Zunker.
