STEPHEN LEO ZURN

Stephen Leo Zurn passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Glenhaven  Inc. after a battle with cancer.

Stephen was born March 26, 1941 in Detroit Lakes, MN, the third of 10 children born to Henry and Elizabeth Evelyn (Webb) Zurn. His youth was spent on the family dairy farm in Boyceville, WI and for a brief period of time with his brother Stanley in Los Angeles, CA, before returning to Wisconsin where he went to work at Cormican Logging.

He loved to joke and his joys were mowing the lawns and playing video games.

Steve is preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law Willard Cripps and Gerald Cormican; and great nephew Robert Cormican.

Steve is survived by his wife Phyllis of Park Falls, WI; her children Rachael, Russell, Randy and their families; brothers Stanley (Teresa) of CA, Gary (Gerry) of Boise, ID, Michael (Vicky) of New Richmond, WI, Timothy (Gail) of Hayward, WI, Barry (Karla) of Chetek, WI and Jon of Boyceville, WI; sisters Rose Ann of CA, Sandra Cormican (Michael Novotny) of Clear Lake, WI, and Mary (Darrell) Huhn of Darwin, MN. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
