DAVID A. LINDSTROM

David A. Lindstrom, age 65, of Downing, WI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Mayo Health Care Systems in Eau Claire, WI.

David was born June 29, 1951 in St. Paul, MN to Robert and Norma (Dalluhn) Lindstrom. He graduated from Park High School in 1969. David married Lee Anne Parks on September 8, 1975 and he later married Sandra Bushinger on October 14, 1978. He was blessed with a son Paul and stepson Michael Crossley. They moved to the Knapp area in 1980 where he farmed until spending most of his life in construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, lawn moving and gardening. He grew a beautiful garden every year and shared the produce with many. He enjoyed playing cards every Saturday morning and watching the birds. 

David is preceded in death by his mother Norma, grandparents Alvin and Ruth Lindstrom, and William and Elsie Dalluhn.

David is survived by son Paul (Jessica) Lindstrom; stepson Michael Crossley; grandsons Tucker and Tanner Lindstrom; stepgranddaughters Cheri and Jessyca Crossley; one stepgreat-granddaughter Avery; father Robert (Mary) Lindstrom; brothers Steve (Jeanne) Lindstrom, Doug (Liz) Lindstrom, Raymond Lindstrom, Craig (Vivian) Lindstrom; stepbrother David Kramer; sisters Barbara (Jeff) Reiswig and Debora Lindstrom; and stepsister Kari (Mike) Hinderks. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

David will will be greatly missed by family and friends. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Pump House in Downing, WI from 1 to 4 p.m.
