Carol A. Maier (Ayers), 6/15/1928-8/14/2016, age 88 of Hopkins, formerly Glenwood City, Wis.

She was preceded in death by husband Erv; brother Stanley; sister Arlene and grandson Justin. Survived by children Cliff, Lynn, Peggy and Roger; sisters Corrine (Jerry) Cassellius & Catherine Strange; brother Raymond Ayers; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held Fri. Aug. 19 at 11AM, visitation I hr. prior at Zion Lutheran Church: 241 5th Ave. N. Hopkins, MN 55343. Interment Ft. Snelling Nat. Cemetery.
