ELEANOR F. HEUTMAKER
Eleanor F. Heutmaker, age 98, of Glenwood City, WI died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Glenhaven, Inc. in Glenwood City, WI.
Eleanor was born April 1, 1917 in the Township of Glenwood, WI to Charles and Katherine (Hirsch) Paulus.
Eleanor worked as a housekeeper in the Twin Cities she married Raymond Heutmaker August 1, 1938 in Glenwood City, WI. She worked for many years at Friday Canning in New Richmond, WI. She enjoyed dancing, taping the family band and taking photos. She also gardened and canned. She enjoyed sending cards to family and friends on their birthdays and scrapbooking.
Eleanor was a member of St. John’s Choir for many years. She was well-known for her homemade donuts, apple pies and playing jokes on her birthday.
Eleanor is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond in 2008, brother Edward, sisters Lorraine Rudd, Joesphine Maes and Betty Nordell and son-in-law Lyle Banks.
Eleanor is survived by her three children: Roger Heutmaker and wife Linda of New Richmond, WI, Lavon Banks of Clear Lake, WI, and Galen Heutmaker and wife Jane of Woodville, WI; five grandchildren: Rick Heutmaker and wife Lisa, Ron Heutmaker and wife Beth, Brian Heutmaker and wife Tami, Jason Heutmaker and wife Amy and Jennifer Heutmaker-Holden and husband Greg; step-grandson Jesse; six great-grandchildren: Mitchell, Nicholas, Hope, Luke, Alexa and Avery; step great-grandson “T”; sister-in-law Clara Paulus; special relative Sandra Carufel. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial was be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Glenwood City with Father John Long as celebrant. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City, WI handled the arrangements.
