Beth E. Stoner Kosharek, age 88, of Boyceville, WI passed away August 24, 2015 at Glenhaven Nursing home in Glenwood City, WI.
Her last years were associated with pain and many physical ailments with very little complaining.
She was born on August 8, 1927 to Irving and Alma (Swanson) Stoner in Hay River Township, WI. She graduated from Boyceville High School. Later met and married Harold Kosharek. They had two sons, Randy and Terry Kosharek. The family lived in Menomonie, Waupun, Oshkosh, and Boyceville, WI. She attended Outagamie and Dodge County teachers colleges and obtained a teaching degree. Subsequently taught school in Winnebago County. After moving back to Dunn County she substitute taught at Boyceville. She was a hardworking, somewhat quiet and private woman who had compassion and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; son Terry; her parents Irving and Alma Stoner; brothers Albert, Cleal, and Carroll Stoner and sister Betty Stoner.
She leaves to mourn a son Randy Kosharek; granddaughter Kelly Kosharek, of Milwaukee, WI a brother Elvin (Judith) Stoner, of Eau Claire, WI and sister Audrey (Fritz) Grahn, of Tacoma, WA along with many relatives and many friends. And a special furry friend Fifi the kitty.
Now Beth has been reunited with her husband Harold, son Terry, and other loved ones. And is currently free of the pain and physical ailments that plagued her. We should be happy for her.
A memorial service will be held at the Grace United Methodist Church in Wheeler, WI on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 11 A.M. Lunch to follow. Burial to be at Hay River Cemetery at a later date.
