Klover E. Lagerstorm, age 96 of Boyceville, WI passed on Saturday June 27, 2015 at Glenhaven, Inc. in Glenwood City, WI.
Klover was born December 10, 1918 in the Township of Springfield, WI to Leonard and Johanna (Flack) Frantz. She grew up one of seven children and graduated from Glenwood City High School. Klover later met and married Vance Lagerstrom on June 3, 1939 in Clear Lake, WI. They purchased the family farm in 1944 in the Township of Tiffany, WI, where they farmed until 1979 when they retired. Klover was the typical hard working farmer’s wife, working both in the barn and out in the fields. She loved mowing the yard and tending to her flower gardens. Klover moved to Boyceville in May of 2009 until January of 2015 when she moved to Glenhaven. Klover was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Boyceville, WI.
Klover is preceded in death by her parents, husband Vance, son Michael, daughter Judy Laberee, brothers and sisters Leona (Don) McGee, Irene (Albert) Krizan, Kenneth (LaVern) Frantz, Sylvia (John) Mertz, and brother-in-law Charles Lark.
Klover is survived by son Leonard (Mary) Lagerstrom of Boyceville, WI; son-in-law Bill Laberee of Mesa, AZ and daughter-in-law Lynelle Lagerstrom of Boyceville, WI; 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren; and sister Betty Lark of Baldwin, WI. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boyceville, WI with Reverend Bradley Peterson officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Cemetery Downing, WI. Friends may call at the Church on Monday from 9 a.m. until services. Local arrangements by the Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City, WI.
