June 2015 Hay River Helpers 4-H Club Meeting

The June meeting was held at Thorson’s. Before the meeting started the kids painted the Fair sign as people arrived.

When the sign was done, we had a potluck supper and the meeting began with the pledges and attendance. The old business was then read and discussed. This included re-scheduling the service project of picking up trash to the July meeting and letting everybody know that fair entries were due that day. After old business was done new business was discussed. New business included talking about working the food stand at the fair, who was going to work the pie social, and who would watch the building. At the end of the meeting some members did their speeches or demonstrations.
