Boyceville Bits and Pieces – 5-20-2015

Boyceville was busy with the Thrift Sales. On Friday I made 25 maps for BP and 25 for Cenex. They were well used each day of the sale (Friday and Saturday).

Carolyn (Harnish) DeLong from Lake Elmo was visiting around after taking care of cemeteries.

At church this morning Sharon Olson was here for a visit. Sharon was Lois Olson’s sister.

There were 12 graduates at Trinity. Congratulations on another step in your life.

The Men’s Choir had a concert in Knapp to help the food pantry there. It was well-attended.

Trinity presented a scholarship to two of our seniors: Abbey Bird and Jake Erickson. Congratulations.

Many friends and relatives supported Tammy Edwards. It was a full house at the DAV on Highway 25 and B on Saturday. God Bless.

On Monday the 11th we went to Peace Lutheran Cemetery where my mom, dad and grandma are buried. Then we went to Downsville where my sister Julie is buried. Been seeing a lot of cemeteries and by far Boyceville’s was kept up. Yet there is time before Memorial Day, so I shouldn’t really judge them yet.

We then visited my sister Milly for the afternoon.

Sunday the 17th, Herb and Barb Seeger from Turtle Lake came for the afternoon tp check in on Fred.

Last Sunday Darcy, Kimber, Greg were here for dinner for Mother’s Day.

There are quite a few that know that I write this little bit for paper. Last night while eating supper in Menomonie, I was approached and asked if I was Sharon Seeger. They said that’s the first thing they read.  Thanks, folks!

Call me and let me know your whereabouts. God Bless.
