Hay River Helpers hold December meeting

At the December meeting as kids arrived they started working on their December service projects.  We made drawings for the Glenhaven residents to hang on their doors or walls.

We then stuffed stockings with healthy snacks for West Cap. Then when they were done doing their drawings they were able to guess to see how many M&Ms were in a jar. After that the meeting was called to order, the pledges were said, attendance was taken, and then reports were said.

Next old business was discussed. Some old business was the food stand check was received. Also thank you to the Hesslers who bought gifts for Christmas for Kids.  Our club sponsored one boy and one girl.  Next new business was discussed. The January meeting will be the 18th at 1pm at the Retz’s. It will be a chili potluck and sliding party. Then the meeting was adjourned and the kids played games.
