Scott hired as interim Boyceville Police Chief

BOYCEVILLE — The Village Board hired Brandon Scott of Menomonie to be Interim Police Chief for the village. This action came Monday evening following a closed session meeting of the village board.

Scott has been a part time officer with the village and will be filling the chief’s position currently held by Dan Wellumson who is retiring. Scott’s first day will be December 5th. The board agreed on a salary of $21.75 per hour.
