Boyceville High School Class of 2014 awarded more than $255,000 in Scholarship and Academic Awards
The Boyceville High School Class of 2014 held their Awards and Scholarship Program on Wednesday, May 28. Nineteen students received recognition for their academic efforts that evening. The program was started with a welcome address from Principal Steve Glocke, focusing on student achievement and commitment to excellence.
The awards were presented by Karlene Berry – Guidance Counselor Grades 7-12, Principal Steve Glocke, along with thirteen community presenters. Local Boyceville Community Organizations and Dunn County groups contributed over $32,000 in Scholarships and Awards. In addition, the University Scholarships awarded that evening were in excess of $223,000 bringing the Class of 2014 Award Total to over $255,000.
This year, the Boyceville Education Scholarship Trustees (BEST) awarded approximately $12,000 to ten graduates.
