PAUL L. GOODELL

Paul L. Goodell, age 90, of Hudson, WI died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Hudson Hospital in Hudson, WI.

Paul was born June 19, 1923 in Dunn Co., WI to Fred and Mayme (Ankney) Goodell. Following his schooling he served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946. On November 8, 1947 Paul married Phyllis Lohfink in Connorsville. Paul worked as a carpenter for many years in Greenland and all around the U.S. He was proud to have worked on building the Metrodome.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, grandson Rick Pittman, two sisters and four brothers.

Paul is survived by his children: Debbie Pittman and husband Ron, Leslie Stuart and husband Dwight, Paula Goodell, Nikki Roddis and husband Mike, and Jodi Kane and husband Joe; grandchildren: Angie Vanranst and husband Adam, Joe Pittman and wife Malissa, Meghan Nowlen and husband Craig, Mackenzie Goodell, Alicia Copeland and husband Ben, Kayla Kessles and husband Justin and Michael Roddis; great grandchildren: Kadyn, Kennedy, Matthew, Religh, Ethan, Levi, Lilly, Jacob, Madalyn, Alexis, Alli, Shiann, Cherokee, Josh, Zachary and Sawyer, and sister Helen Drinkwine. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Anderson Funeral Home in Glenwood City, WI with Reverend Mary Beth Scow officiating. Interment of cremains will be in the New Haven Cemetery Township, New Haven, WI at a later date. Friends may call one hour prior to services Saturday.
