BV Schools to present Veterans Day Programs

The Boyceville Community School District will present two Veterans Day Programs on November 11, 2013.

The first program is the Grades 7-12 at 10:45 a.m. in the Boyceville Gymatorium.  The program will feature original writings from the student body.  Writings were selected from entries in the Veterans Day Writing Contest.  The bands and choirs will perform and the American Legion Harmon Harris Post 314 Honor Guard will be present for this event.

Tiffany Creek Elementary School will present a Veterans Day Program at 1:30 p.m. in the TCE Gymnasium.  The program will feature student demonstrations, music, readings and a live gun salute.  A reception for Veterans will be held in the cafeteria following the program.

Both programs are open to the public.  All are encouraged to attend the annual events.
