CALEB MASON ELMER

Caleb Mason Elmer, age 18 months of Colfax, Wisconsin passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison after a lifelong battle with SMA Type1.

He was born on March 14, 2012 in Menomonie, WI to Scott and Laura (Field) Elmer.  Caleb loved watching Mickey Mouse Club House, dancing and twirling in his chair, having mom and dad sing to him especially his favorite songs, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star and You Are My Sunshine and he loved getting kisses.

Caleb was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, George and Blanche Field, Ralph and Arlene Elmer, Norman and Juna Hong and grandfather George Field.

Caleb will be sadly missed by his parents, Scott and Laura and big brother Brady and big sister Avah.  He will also be missed by his grandparents, Mike and Bette Elmer, his Nana Francesca Field;  uncles, Greg (Kim) Field, Phillip (Deanna) Field, and Chad Elmer; cousins Gevin, Megan, Teagan, Kaitlyn and Mallory Field; great uncle, Richard Field as well as many great aunts and uncles and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Amery, WI.  A visitation took place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, as well as the hour prior to the service at the church.
