Hay River Helpers hold monthly meeting

The meeting was started off by the pledges after that the secretary’s and treasurer’s report were read and accepted.

Old and new business were also read and accepted. The record books are due at the September meeting the forms for your record books are online. Our check for the paper depot was $208, and a motion was made to donate $100 to go toward the building of the new playground equipment at Pafko park. The meeting was adjourned and then we moved onto speeches and games for the pink party.
