10th annual Boyceville baseball golf outing a success

On Saturday July 20th, seventy supporters of the Boyceville Baseball program came together at the Menomonie Golf and Country Club to celebrate Boyceville Baseball by participating in the 10th Annual Baseball Golf Outing.

Monies raised by this event go to capital improvements at the High School Baseball Field.  Past projects funded by this event include: sod for the infield, green screen, indoor batting cage and an outdoor sound system.  This year proceeds will go toward dugout improvements and work on the outdoor batting cage.

After a beautiful morning on the course the event concluded with lunch, raffle drawings and award presentations.

2013 Tournment Champions (with a Best Ball score of 21) are:  Terry Eikamp, Steve Glocke, Andy Hamm, and Tim Keeley.

Other tournamant awards went to the following: Men’s Longest Drive-Scott Ross, Women’s Longest Drive-Gail Skamfer, Longest Putt-Dick Rowell, and Closest to the Pin- Jen Engel.
