WINONA/RED WING – Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical is pleased to announce the President’s List for spring semester 2013. To be eligible for this honor, students must complete a minimum of 12 credits at Southeast Technical during an academic term and achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above to be named to the President’s List.
