INEZ M. SIPPLE

Inez M. Sipple, age 77, of Menomonie, WI passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Dunn County Health Care Center in Menomonie surrounded by her family.

Inez Marie Schultz was born May 8, 1936 in Colfax, WI to Walter and Cora (Olson) Schultz.  She was raised in the Colfax area and graduated from Colfax High School in 1954.

On June 2, 1955 Inez married Don Sipple at the Colfax Lutheran Church.  Together they farmed in the Town of Spring Brook.

Inez was a very active member of Salem Iron Creek United Methodist Church and the women’s group.  She was also involved with Dunn County Homemakers and she was a leader in the Spring Brook 4-H Club.

Inez enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and taking care of her beautiful flower beds.  She was also an avid Packer and Badger fan.

Inez is survived by her husband, Don of Menomonie; four children, Karen Sipple of Menomonie, Kevin (Kathy) Sipple of River Falls, Tom (Barbara) Sipple of Chippewa Falls and Karla (Marc) Ruegemer of Cold Spring, MN; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara (Ralph) Olson of Frazee, MN; a brother, Gary Schultz of Madison, WI and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Cora Schultz.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Salem Iron Creek United Methodist Church in the Town of Spring Brook, Dunn Co. WI with Pastor Margaret DeMaris officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  There will be visitation from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie and at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to help furnish a family room at the new Dunn County Health Care Center.
