BRENDA LARAE BEMIS

Brenda LaRae Bemis, age 50, passed away suddenly in an auto accident on March 9, 2013.

Brenda is preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Marvin Sr. and Shelda. She is survived and will be missed by her loving husband, Marvin Jr.; Children, Ryan (fiancé, Eden), Brittany, Kalea (Chris) Stewart and Mikinsy; parents, Myron and Janice Hoitomt; siblings, Rhonda (Terry) Ellefson, Sherri Hoitomt (Sherri L.) and Brian (Katie) Hoitomt; grandchildren, Gracie and John; grandmother, Ann Matter; brother-in-law, Louie (Cindy) Bemis; many beloved four-legged friends; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A beloved wife, devoted mother and cherished daughter and sister. She enjoyed cooking, flowers, and creative memories scrapbooking. Brenda was a best friend to all who knew her. Her smile and generous heart will be missed by many.

Visitation was 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 with funeral service at 2 p.m. Friday, March 15 at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd., NE, Minneapolis. Memorials preferred to the family.
