I would like to thank the precious and capable staff at the Mayo Clinic Health System of Menomonie and the American Lutheran Rehab. They were more like family than staff and they were the best!

Warren and I would also like to thank our friends, neighbors, and families for the thoughts, prayers, phone calls, visits, cards, gifts, and food brought to our home during and after my surgery in September. Your kind thoughtfulness will always be remembered and appreciated. Much love to you all.
