I would like to thank the Spring Valley Ambulance Crew, the doctors and nurses both in the ER and the hospital at the Mayo Clinic for taking such good care of Simon.

I would like to thank Ross Keehr for the excellent service. Thanks for the many cards and memorials. Thanks to the Faber and Hendrickson Families for the beautiful floral tributes, to Joe Menter and the congregation for singing. Thanks to Mary Brandt, the organist, Pastor Doug Brandt for his comforting words. To the pallbearers and the honorary bearers. Thanks to Dean Rambo, who rang the bell 94 times, one for every year of Simon’s life. To the Deppa’s for giving some of us a ride to the cemetery. Thanks to the Matson-Miller Post 330 for their military honors. To the ladies who brought the food and served the delicious noon meal. A special thanks to Kari Deppa for helping make funeral arrangements. Thanks for all of the assistance. To Doug Faber for taking Simon to his doctor appointment and helping with other things.

Thanks to Barb and Kari for writing out “thank you” notes. thanks to everyone who has offered help, it is much appreciated. Your love and support has been great. God’s blessing to all of you.
