Boyceville Bits and Pieces – 11-21-2012

This weather sure makes winter shorter. God Bless. The fall harvest sure should be all in – if not, the farmers have no one to blame but themselves.

On Saturday the town was full of deer hunters. The ladies also had a sale at Buckshot’s. A lot of big deer were brought in.

On Wednesday the Center served a great Thanksgiving dinner to those who wanted one. Turkey, potatoes, stuffing and cranberries. They weren’t small helpings, either. No one went away hungry.

On Thursday and Friday, Carol Wise and Fred Miller from Wisconsin Rapids were guests here. On Friday we had dinner at the Eagle’s Nest before they headed back.

I know this is short but just wanted to let you know, no matter what goes  on in my life I’ll try to keep in touch.
