Boyceville Bits and Pieces – 10-24-2012

Another week and closer to winter. It sure gets dark earlier and stays dark late in the morning. We’ve had thick fog the last few mornings.  Small world here, when the sun is out it sure makes for a nice fall day.

Everyone is gearing up for Halloween. The places people now decorate for Halloween, it’s almost like Christmas.

Keep the McIntyre family in your thoughts and prayers on the passing of Stan. Also keep the Wiehr family in your thoughts, too. The Giffords on the passing of Ralph in Livingston, TX. God be with you, dear friend.

On Tuesday Pat Granbow was here for an afternoon visit with Fred.

Rick and Marilyn Stevens of Madison were guests last weekend at Doug McIntyre’s, helping Doug celebrate his birthday on Monday. Many more and God Bless.

Today, Darcy and Kyle made a quick appearance here. Checking in on me. Kyle had to show his truck to Grandpa.

Today at Trinity little Ella Lynn Engeman was baptized. They are so small and sweet. She is the daughter of Terra and Eric Engeman. God bless the children and bring them to the Lord.

On Saturday afternoon I went to Knapp to help Jeremiah Johnson celebrate his 3rd birthday. He’s the son of Alisa and Mike of the Madison area. Alisa is the granddaughter of Dell and Gilbert Hanson. It was so nice to see Dell. Gilbert has been a long-time in between visits. It was such a great party, so many little kids in costumes. What fun. God bless.

Jerri Tillison of Menomonie visited with me for Saturday afternoon.

I know all of you are out and about too! So let me know. People like to hear those Boyceville doings.

Watch the doings at West CAP and the Corner Cupboard. Will you call me or let me know if you want me to call you?

Take care & God Bless!
