BOYCEVILLE — The Boyceville Board of Education held a special meeting on Wednesday, June 5, to discuss the upcoming personnel changes for both the Middle School and High School.
Most of the changes that will take place are the changing of coaches for the upcoming school year.
The Board also discussed in open and closed session the option to create a School Resource Officer position for school and community for the 2019-20 school year.
After the Board reconvened in open session they did not act on the approval for the resource officer posting.
During the meeting the Board of Education:
Accepted the resignation of Cindy Bourget as Middle School Guidance Counselor.
Accepted the resignation of Megan Steinkraus as Prom Advisor.
Approved the extended FMLA request for 2019-20.
Approved the hiring of Jamie Olson as assistant varsity football coach.
Approved the hiring of Rochelle Olson as assistant varsity volleyball coach.
Accepted the resignation of Austin Donahue as boys head basketball coach.
Accepted the resignation of Nancy Duval as custodian.
Approved the purchase of new Science curriculum for grades sixth through eighth.
