Wausau man bound over for trial in Town of Elk Mound robbery

MENOMONIE —  A Dunn County judge has bound over for trial a 26-year-old Wausau man charged in connection with a Town of Elk Mound robbery.

Following a preliminary hearing February 15, Judge Rod Smeltzer found probable cause in the case involving Brandon D. Hervey.

Hervey is charged with one felony count of robbery using force and one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to a dwelling.
