ELK MOUND — It is always a good thing to have an outside shooter like Allie Weber in your corner.

The Mounder senior drilled five three-point shots in Elk Mound’s November 27 home opener to lead the squad with a total of 17 points, but the game was still a loss for the home team as Elk Mound fell to the St. Croix Central Panthers 55-48 despite a late-game rally by the Mounders.
