COLFAX — Fourteen track teams converged on Colfax last Tuesday for one of the area’s largest invitational meets.

The Elk Mound and Colfax teams clashed with several of their conference foes at the May 9 meet in what could be construed as a preview to the May 16 Dunn-St. Croix Conferenece meet in Boyceville.

The Mounder boys earned the top team spot with 141 points, while the Mounder girls took second with 88.50. Colfax’s ladies came in third with 70 points, and the boys were sixth with 37.
