Eau Claire man sentenced to 32 months for marijuana conspiracy

MADISON — Scott C. Blader, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Jason Weller, 34, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, was sentenced April 2 by U.S. District Judge James Peterson to 32 months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute marijuana.  Weller pleaded guilty to this charge on March 28, 2017.
