BOYCEVILLE — An ability to manufacture a few runs and a masterful mound job proved to be a winning formula for the Bulldogs last Thursday.

Bryce Boda tossed a complete game, Boyceville baseball’s first this season, a five-hit gem to help the Bulldogs snap their four-game losing skid with a tight but much needed 2-1 win over Mondovi May 11.

Trailing 1-0, Boyceville scored single runs in the fifth and sixth innings to earn the victory.
